What is soap?
Soap is a substance used for cleaning and personal hygiene. It is typically made from natural fats and oils combined with an alkali, such as sodium hydroxide (for bar soap) or potassium hydroxide (for liquid soap). The chemical reaction that produces soap is called saponification.
How to make homemade soap ?
You need to prepare a container of foam soap and check to make sure it is clean and dry.
Pour about one-third of the hand soap into the foam soap container.
Slowly fill up the water and leave about an inch of space on the top for the pump head.
If you want to add fragrance, you can drop your favorite essential oil into the container.
After adding soap and water (and your favorite essential oil), gently rotate the container to mix the ingredients. Be careful not to shake violently, because it will produce a lot of foam.
Fix the pump head on the bottle and press it a few times.
Test the foam hand soap to see if it is the effect you want. If the water is too thin, add more soap. If the water is too thick, put more water to adjust until you achieve the desired effect.
Can you use dish soap to wash your car?
Proper Washing Technique:
Use a soft microfiber mitt or sponge to wash your car.
Rinse the car thoroughly before washing to remove loose dirt.
Wash your car in sections, rinsing each section before moving on to prevent soap from drying on the surface.
Dry your car with a clean, soft microfiber towel to avoid water spots.
Emergency Situations
If you find yourself in a situation where you must use dish soap (e.g., you have no car wash soap available and need to clean bird droppings or tree sap immediately), use it sparingly and follow up with a thorough rinse. Plan to reapply a protective wax or sealant to your car's paint as soon as possible to restore the protective layer.
