Today I want to share a client with you.
He bought samples of shampoo and conditioner in three scents, all custom made. A few days ago, he finally received the samples and sent them to customers. Yesterday, the customer informed me that the sample was stuck at customs. He needed a series of detailed information about the sample, including the ingredient list and CIS number of some pigments.
Now we are checking the ingredients with the person in charge of the factory, and we can provide it to customers when all the information is complete.
If the customer is from Canada, Canadian customs will be stricter. Therefore, if you send samples or even order to Canadian customers in the future, you should learn from your lesson and prepare relevant information in advance to avoid delaying the customer's time.
