Stock delivery time by 2-5 days , customized delivery time by 12-15 days , depend on order quantity

7. What free service you can got when you work with us ?
Free design by our professional designer; free picture and video by our professional photographer; free sample; free barcode, UPC code, FBA labeling service; free inspection service,free after-sales service etc.

Q: DO you offer free samples?
A: Normally, samples will be charged and sent out by freight collection. But, for some stock items, we can offer you free samples, but your side should pay the freight.
Q: DO you accept private labels on products?
A: Evermore could not only produce its brand and design but also accept OEM and ODM service, which means the design and specifications of products can be customized to meet clients' requirements. This offer can be provided according to the quantity of purchase.
Q: DO you have any certificates?
A: ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO22716, GMPC, RSPO, COSMOS, FSC, CE...
Q: Can you do the packing design for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional team of 10 persons having rich experience in display design and manufacturing. Just share us your ideas and needs with us, and we’ll provide different design options.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment<= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70%balance before shipment. Long terms of payment could be supported based on further cooperation.

1. Provide a free sample. Yeah, but you will pay for the freight cost. 2. What is your delivery time? For stock products, we will arrange the delivery within 3 work days, for private lable products, we will arrange the delivery within 25 work days. 3. What service can you supply? We have our brand's products and OEM/ODM service. 4. Are your products effective and safe? Yes, it's safe and effective, We choose safe materials and could to the standard of most of areas and countries. We have did a lot in the R&D stage to get the clinical data to confirm our product is effective 5. Can I have a private label?

1. How can I get a sample?
The sample fee for one box sample is $20, and the freight will be in charge of you. After payment is done, we will arrange samples for you immediately. May I have your full address, I will check the freight for you accordingly.
2. How long will it take to make a sample?
For stock samples, we can send them out immediately, while for new samples, it will take around 5-7 days.
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
3. What's your payment term?
Normally our payment term is 30% before production, the balance before shipment.
4. Why should you buy from us not from other suppliers?
