Sampling & Ordering Process

To request a sample or place a wholesale OEM order:

1. Contact us with your specific product needs and quantity.
2. We will provide a quote based on your requirements.
3. To order a sample, provide your address and preferred scents/colors.
4. For wholesale orders, a 30% deposit is required upfront with the remainder due before shipping.
5. Lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks for production and shipping.

Sampling Process

• For available in-stock samples, we provide those free of charge. Customers cover shipping costs.
• For custom samples that require production, there may be an additional fee to cover materials and labor.

Sampling Process

• We offer free samples of 5-10 units of in-stock products to qualified wholesale buyers. Customers cover shipping costs.
• For custom samples requiring new production, there will be a one-time mold fee. We will provide a quote for custom sample fees based on specifications.

Ordering Process

1. Contact our sales team with your desired product specifications and wholesale quantity.
2. We will prepare a PI (Proforma Invoice) quotation within 1-2 business days detailing pricing, minimum order quantity, production time, and shipping terms.
3. To place the order, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. This confirms the order is placed into production.
4. We will produce a pre-shipment sample within 7 days for quality inspection.
5. The remaining 70% balance is due before the order ships. We will arrange shipping and provide tracking information.
6. Production takes 20-25 days. Shipping takes an additional 7-12 days by air/sea.

Getting Product Samples

See something you like? Let's get you some samples. Just shoot us a message with what you want to try. Provide your address and we'll send a few on us - you just cover shipping. Expect your samples within 3-5 business days.

Placing an Order

Ready to buy? Email your order details - what you want, how much, and any customizations. We'll quote you a price and timeline. If you want a custom sample made first, no problem.

Once you approve the quote, we'll invoice you for a 30% deposit to start production. The balance is due before we ship. We'll keep you posted on progress. Before sending your order, our team will do a quality check to make sure everything looks great. We'll ship with your preferred method and send tracking.
