In January, I received an inquiry from a client about Kojic acid soap:

1. After giving the customer a quote, the customer asked a question: "I received a quote from another supplier. Why is the size of your kojic acid soap smaller than that of other factories, but the unit price is higher?

2. I replied: because the mold and formula in each factory are different, the size and price will be different.

3. Discuss some details with the customer: the size of the sample, the approximate completion time, and then arrange the sample payment for the customer, and I will arrange for the factory to make the sample and send it to the customer.

4. After the customer received the sample and praised our service and completion efficiency, I told the customer: we provide OEM/ODM services to all customers, our factory is located in Guangdong Province, China, covering an area of 40000 square meters, with more than 200 employees. It has 16 automatic production lines with a daily output of 20000 sets.
