Share one of my bath bombs clients. I received an inquiry from a customer in December. This is a new customer who doesn’t know anything about products and design. So I recommended him a suitable package based on his budget and ideas. Later, because the customer had relatively high design requirements, we spent 3 months designing his own packaging for him free of charge. "To provide the best service" is our aim
