02关于玉石包装，很多客户还是担心运输会损坏。

其实这个担心，完全是多余的，通常我们在盒子内部会加内衬，内衬是用海绵或者珍珠棉，可以很好的保护产品。

有必要，我们也会根据客户需求，做振动及跌落测试。

关于海绵及珍珠棉的表面，我们会加一层绒布，这样看起来也很漂亮。海绵及珍珠棉我们有白色和黑色可供选择。

当然也有一些客户不喜欢这种包装方式，那通常我们会推荐一下方式。

海绵加绒布报边，海棉加纸卡表面，还有另外一种就是EVA，当然成本肯定要高一些。

也有一种，就是纸卡+吸塑包装，那通常我们会增加内箱。

以上方式，我们都有做过货，而且从来没有收到过任何损坏方面的投诉，所以上面都适合且安全。

这款产品是2019年 开发出来的，它的特点就是振动与功能天然玉石相结合，细长的手柄，圆形脸庞，打开按钮，整个脸庞开始振动，而且脸庞外围有一圈灯光，就像一个精灵再跳舞，灵气逼人，所以我们也给它取了个特别的名字，灵动舞者。

这款产品一经推出，就被英国一家美容产品公司看上，再我们设计基础上，做了些轻改动，手柄的颜色，做成了客户专业的白色，还有灯光调整为红光。

客户刚开始订购1000套测试市场，反响非常好，客户也是个营销专业，2020年客户拿着这款产品参加了伦敦的纯美奖，最后很荣幸获得了银奖，通过这次大赛，这款产品的名气更盛了，近两年客户销量都特别好。

所以产品是王道，只有技术创新，专利加持，我们才能走得更稳走得更远。

04最近聊一个客户，客户对玻璃冰球棒感兴趣，报价及运费都报了后，客户改变主意，想订购另外一款。

做业务，经常这样，讨论了很大一堆，以为细节都敲定了，程序也走完了，这个时候总要确定订单了吧，但突然客户又一个变化，直接回到原点，重新开始。

我这个客户就是这样，客户又说想做里面是花瓣及金箔的款式，这些款式，制作工艺不同，而且里面的溶液也不同，所以成本会高些，针对这两款，我们也没有备货，所以要定的话，只能达到起订量500pcs。

给了一个很好的报价，客户又犹豫了，说需要考虑下，因为价格非常好，加上500套，我给客户做4个颜色，这个offer已经非常好了。所以给客户空间吧，如果客户真要启动这个项目，我相信客户会再找回来。

I gave a good offer to this customer, but the customer hesitated again, saying that he needed to think about it, because the price was very good, what’s more 500 sets, I will make 4 colors for the customer, this offer is already very good. So give the customer time, if the customer really wants to start this project, I'm sure the customer will come back.

05 昨天收到一个梳子询盘，客户发了一张图片过来，上面是直梳，东陵玉材质，雕刻金色logo.

通过跟客户沟通，客户想要深东陵，数量100套。这种深东陵石头非常稀有，加上梳子的齿，需要人工一颗一颗的切割，打磨，每个齿都有很多级台阶，每颗齿之间间隙非常小，但都要求打磨光滑，所以工人每一步操作都要非常认真和细心，一旦做坏一颗齿，整把梳子都要报废掉，所以损耗特别大。

因为精选材质，加上精致复杂工艺，成本就上来了。

通常也要看场景，如果客户想走高端路线，加上自己的品牌，还是很值得，毕竟是天然玉石，每一块玉都有它本身的意义及特别。但如果用作促销或者礼品，那完全可以选其它材质的玉石，比如新山玉，辽宁玉，元枣玉都是不错的选择，而且价格要便宜好多倍。

总而言之，要根据自己需求，选择不同材质。
