1.1. 刀模上对应位置标注

我客户今天找到我,告诉我说正在设计图稿,然后截了图片给我,说不清楚盒子布局,我仔细看了下,确实图稿上没有做好相应的备注,如果客户不熟悉盒子结构,那么很容易匹配不到。

特地找盒子样品拍了视频,客户马上知道了相应位置,其实这些都是细节,服务就是要到细处。

关于这一点,我马上跟设计师反馈,后期不同的位置都要备注好,给客户说明及引导。

My customer contacted me today and told me that he is working box design, and then sent me a screenshot of the picture, but he could not make clear the layout on the die line. I looked carefully and found that there were no corresponding remarks on the artwork. If the customer is not familiar with the structure of the box, it is very hard to match.

I specially took a video of the box sample, and the customer immediately knew the corresponding location. In fact, these are all details, and good service should focus on details.  

On this point, I will immediately inform the designer that different positions need make a remark to remind customer and give customer a instruction and guidance.

2.随着社媒的兴起,越来越多的社媒层出不穷,所有的买家也呈现年轻化,19-30岁占比60%,他们对新事物接受度强,很愿意冒险及尝试,但他们也有一个特点,购买量不大。

 

我今天遇到一个客户,她说是个学生,想做ins上销售冰球棒,小生意刚开始,想先买20套,因为客户不需要定制logo,所有我马上推荐了库存给客户,客户对产品感兴趣,但是苦于运费太贵,想要再考虑,因为数量小,我也没有挽留客户,只是跟客户说,保持联系。

记得之前还遇到一个客户,想买滚轮,当问到时自己用,还是销售时,客户说自己用,随即我便做了解释,我们是工厂,对于常规款我们有库存的话,可以接受小量订单,但是不做零售,建议客户在当地网上店铺购买,因为价格便宜不了多少,加上还更省时省力。

对于这种小量客户,一开始我们也做过尝试,比如开通RTS赛道,但是结果并不好,主要还是产品单价太低,运费太贵,所以RTS赛道不是适合所有品类。

I remember I met a customer before who wanted to buy a jade roller. When asked whether he would use it for himself or sell it, the customer said he would use it for himself. Then I explained that we are a factory and we can accept small orders if we have regular models in stock, but we do not do retail sales.

 

For such a small number of customers, we also tried to do RTS track at the beginning, but the results were not good, mainly because the product unit price was too low and the freight was too expensive, so RTS track is not suitable for all categories.

3.今天一个客户问我AB级的区别,其实都是良品,只是B级有轻微瑕疵,颜色可能偏白些,玉的成色可能有小黑点,小黄线等,但不影响正常使用。

玉石是天然材质,不能有完全2块相同的玉石,所以我们要接受玉石本身特点,这种特点本身也是一种特点,因为你所拥有的每一块玉都是独一无二的。

而且这些瑕疵都非常轻微,不仔细看,肉眼很难发现。

当然如果你的客户群是高端市场,那么建议你订购AA级,但是价格要贵好几倍。

但是如果你走低端市场,或者是作为促销品,那建议直接订购B级,价格实惠。

Of course, if your customer base is the high-end market, then you are advised to order AA class, but the price is several times more expensive.

But if you focus on low -end market, or as a promotional item, it is recommended to order B directly, the price is affordable.

4.之前我有一个客户,对我们金色冰球棒感兴趣,希望定制液体颜色,当然也定制盒子,想放自己的logo在盒子上。

客户比较谨慎,想先看到样品,然后再大批量订购,经过沟通客户也愿意付运费。

根据客户要求,我们给客户做图稿,而且安装了客户需要字体,客户确认图稿后,我就开始给客户安排样品,因为客户的设计比较简单,我把客户的logo做了玫瑰金镭射,盒子做出来后,整体效果特别好,随即我拍了样品图片,然后迫不及待的发给客户,然后马上安排寄出。

客户收到后几天,发信息给我说盒子特别喜欢,但是项目暂停了,同时感谢了我的努力。

其实经常遇到这样的事情,我跟客户一样,都很遗憾,但是相比没有结果,我们的用心及服务让客户感受到了就行,希望保持联系,有需要时候,客户再次想去我。

In fact, I often encounter such things, like the customer, are very sorry, but compared with no results, our intentions and services to let the customer satisfy and get, hope to keep in touch, when the need, the customer wants to go to me again.

5.之前遇到一个沙特客户,客户询2000个刮痧和2000套冰球棒,因为数量还可以,我给客户报了一个很好的价格,客户对价格很满意,多次找过来让我降价,因为确实我直接报了底价,所以经过再次核算,确实一点降价的空间都没有了。

客户迟迟下不了决心,不停的说要考虑下,关于这种局面,我直接告诉客户,我们是HM的合作供应商,品质及管理体系完善,产品也有各种测试和认证,让客户在意价格同时,也买个安心。

而且我提出主动给客户安排产前样,如果客户不满意,我同意安排第二次。

因为跟客户沟通很密切,把客户一个个顾虑都打消了,所以最后终于等来了客户的水单。

客户来自地球另外一端,从来没有见过面,之前,现在甚至将来都不可能见到面,对于产品品质,对于工厂实力,那最好的方式,就是这些认证跟测试报告了,当然每一次成交都离不开我们自己本身的专业及用心服务。

Moreover, I arranged the pre-production sample for the customer. Also promised , If the customer is not satisfied with the 1st sample,  we agreed to arrange the second time sample.

Because of my close communication with the customer, I eliminated all their concerns one by one, so I finally waited for the customer's bank slip.

Customers from the other side of the earth, never met,before now or future,  for product quality, for the factory strength, the best way is these certification and test report, of course, every transaction is inseparable from our own professional and careful service.
