A: Usually MOQ is 2 pcs for stock goods,MOQ is 1000 pcs for OEM.

Q:We can’t afford 1000 pcs for private label,can we cut down the quantity?

Q:What is the payment terms?

A:Our payment terms are T/T,Western Union,Credit Card,you could choose the way for your most convenience.

A: If the sample quantity is not big ,we will try to apply for free .If big ,we need to charge some cost .Then courier cost should be covered by yourself .

Q:  How do i pay for my order ?  
A: We accept the payment methods like T/T ,Paypal ,West Union ,Money Gram ,Visa ,E-checking .

Q:   How soon can i get my order after payment ?

1. Sample order time : about 3 to 7 days according to the complexity of the sample .

Q:   Can you provide us the customize our own ingredients and compositions ?  
A:  If the customer have specific ingredients/compositions wish to use ,we can have our RD department to synthesize a sample ,and then test the stabiity of the ingredients .If it is special ingredients ,we can also help to procure it,as long as it is in compliance with China govemment's regulation.

为什么肥皂会使水起泡?

天然手工香皂在制作过程中会产生20-25%的甘油，再加上很多原本含有植物油的珍贵保湿成分。天气潮湿的时候，手工皂会自动凝结，锁住周围空气中的水分，所以凝结成肥皂表面的水滴对肥皂的使用没有影响，直接擦掉就可以了。

肥皂的颜色和香味

肥皂中添加的颜色是天然色素含量的万分之几。有些肥皂虽然色彩丰富，但在洗涤过程中会被水冲走，对皮肤没有任何影响(食物和口红中的色素都是天然安全的)。我们的肥皂会尽量保持原汁原味，使用天然色素，比如花草。，小球藻，天然矿物泥，中草药，绿茶粉，胡萝卜汁，可可粉等，可以使肥皂更香，更营养。为了使肥皂与香薰相匹配，有些肥皂使用纯植物精油来增加肥皂的香味。然而，添加的天然精油的味道会随着时间的推移逐渐褪色和挥发。

肥皂的保质期

由于肥皂皂不添加化学稳定剂、防腐剂和防腐剂，所以肥皂的储存时间比工业肥皂短得多。贮存于阴凉干燥处，可在3年内使用。一般来说，肥皂最好在一年内使用。

如何保存肥皂

手工制作的植物皂含有许多天然成分和植物精华，所以平时应该将肥皂存放在阴凉干燥的地方，这样肥皂中的保湿成分才能保持新鲜。一段时间不需要的肥皂可以存放在冰箱里。
