1.货代资源重要性
今天收到一个客户关于冰球棒的询盘,客户想订购100个,用我们现有的库存盒子,报价后,客户非常满意。但当把运费报出去后,客户马上不淡定了,一下子发好多信息过来,大概意见就是,我经常在中国买东西,通常这么点货,只会花一半,现在收这么贵的,深层意思,你坑我吧。
客户是真心想买这个产品,但激动也是真的,我还是很细心的为客户介绍,这个冰球棒里面含液体,属于敏感货,敏感货的运费通常比普货要贵好几倍。
另外, 我也跟客户说,我再问几个货代,看看是否有便宜渠道。同时也是问客户,你在中国是否有货代呢,如果有的话,你自己安排也是个不错的选择。
客户还在沟通中,但不管客户大小,我们都会尽全力争取。
目前这种情况非常多,运费比产品货值要高几倍,客户通常是看中了产品,但因为运费最终导致项目夭折。
所以作为专业外贸人,通常我们手上会有几十个靠谱的货代,不同地方,都能报价进行比较,最终找到适合客户的运输渠道。

2.HM 返单
好消息,今天H&M的冰球棒返单终于确定下来,这次的数量有增长。
相比第一次订单复杂的流程,这一次就会驾轻就熟。
第一次订单,记得各种文件,各种规章制作,各种合同,各种会议,各种标签,各种出货口岸,各种单据,每一步都有要求,非常考验团队能力。
非常感谢公司各部门的配合,因为第一次的完美合作,才有了今天的返单,随着客户市场的铺开,相信市场需求会越来越大。
对于HM这种大牌,首先基于我们工厂资质,每年都会进行BSCI验厂,还有产品的各种测试报告,其次得益于我们的服务,从样品测试到品质把控,再到出货,每一步我们都全力配合,力求完美,当然也离不开公司政策支持,出于公司战略考虑,也基于公司实力,我们跟客户做出货后60天付款条款,正因为这些配合,才使得这个项目越做越大。

3.促销品推荐
今天收到一个询盘,通过沟通了解到,客户是批发商,主要市场是巴西,购买此产品是作为促销礼品。
针对客户需求,我相应做了推荐,粉晶滚轮,及刮痧,彩盒包装,关于内衬,提供了两种给客户选择,一种是珍珠棉内衬,另外一种是吸塑,两种价格都差不多。
因为巴西的消费水平,算是低端市场,加上又是促销礼品,所以直接建议客户去掉刮痧,直接做滚轮,这样成本可以节省很多。另外考虑到粉晶是天然玉石,价格很高,又直接建议客户做B级品质,这样价格就非常适合。
所以关于促销品,其实客户有很多种选择,物美价廉最重要。刚已报完价,客户还得跟终端沟通,希望这个品能被客户选中。

Because of the consumption level in Brazil, I think which is a low-end market , what’s more, which is for promotional gifts, I directly suggested the customer to eliminate guasha and directly purchased jade rollers, which can save a lot of costs. In addition, considering that the rose quartz is natural jade and which price is very high, and I directly suggested the customer to make B-grade quality, in that case the price is very suitable.
As for the promotion gift , in fact, customers have many choices, the most important is price. Hope that this jade roller can be selected by the customer.

4.产品开发及创新重要性
上周成交了一个订单,报价过去,客户马上就复了款,甚至没有询问产品的任何信息,以至于刚开始我还以为客户是开玩笑,直到收到货款后,才确定是真的。
这款产品,我们叫七龙珠,7粒粉晶圆珠,镶嵌在硅胶垫上,用途是身体按摩,产品上有个硅胶带子,佩戴在手上对身体各部位进行按摩,粉晶珠子是360度可转动。
订单确认后,我自己内心复盘了下,客户为什么能快速下单呢,我几乎没有做任何销售动作,甚至连产品都没有介绍。经过分析,总结如下;
第一:创新。同样是按摩器,这款是硅胶跟粉晶结合,产品外观好看,适用性也好,价格也适中。
第二:详情页做得好。买家一看就对产品有完全了解,不用费时间在来来回回的沟通上。
第三:胆大。在接单前,这个产品在我们优化计划里面,但是还没有排上日程,接单后,研发团队马上优先做了安排,在大家努力下,问题很轻松搞定。

After the order was confirmed, I thought to myself, Why can the customer order so quickly ? I hardly did any sales action, even did not introduce the product. After analysis, the summary is as follows;
1、innovation. The same massager, this one is a combination of silicone and rose quartz, the product looks good, the applicability is good, and the price is moderate.
2、the website details page is done well, the buyer will have a complete understanding of the product at a glance, do not spend time in the back and forth communication.
3、courage. Before receiving the order, this product was included in our optimization plan, but it was not on the schedule. After receiving the order, the R & D team immediately gave priority to the arrangement. With everyone's efforts, the problem was easily solved.

5. 年前备货
今年联系了好几次客户,客户都是回复冰球棒销量不好,今年主要再忙其它类产品项目。
因为春节假期很快来临,上周我再次联系到了客户,问客户是否有备货计划,否则要等明年了。客户通过内部沟通,最终决定备2000套。
客户是明智的,因为姐姐春节假期,工厂订单排很满,我们排期肯定也是根据谁先确认订单,谁就能优先安排生产,因为疫情原因,有可能今年的春节假期比往年都要长,工人很早会回家过年,而且肯定要很晚才会出来,所以很多不确定性,若能及早备货,后面就不会太被动,复工后,肯定又有很多订单纷涌而来,所以一切都要早做打算。
对于年底备货客户,我们都会给予一定折扣,客户可以避开生产高峰,同理也可以避开运输高峰。

Due to the epidemic, the Spring Festival holiday this year may be longer than previous years, and the workers will go home early for the Spring Festival, and they will definitely come back late, so there are a lot of uncertainties. If the goods can be prepared as soon as possible, Later will not be too passive, after resumed work, there must be a lot of orders poured in, so everything should be planned in advance.
For customers who stock goods at the end of the year, we will give a certain discount, so that customers can avoid the production peak and also avoid the transportation peak.
