During the production process, the delivery time was relatively long because the MOQ was not reached. During this period, the customer was in a hurry to urge the goods, and I always put pressure on the production, almost urging once a day. Finally, the delivery time was delayed by two days, and finally, I was forced to ask the customer to deliver the goods on the same day.

 

Since the products are sent directly to the warehouse of the forwarder, we also unconditionally help the customers paste the required barcode paper, box marks, and other information, which requires labor. The customer did not mention this at the beginning of the order negotiation. Normally, we need to charge the labor fee, especially the barcode paper, which needs to be affixed at the bottom of each box. 5Jian Rui, a British customer, knows that his wife is Chinese, and he can communicate with Chinese and English. He is building a platform similar to our domestic Taobao in Britain. This time, he mainly wants to develop a new product, and the selected product is our patented electric roller.

 

I recommended three colors for him to choose from, and he chose rose gold among the three colors. After the quotation, the customer sent the sample to the customer in Hong Kong, and his friend in Hong Kong forwarded it to him. It is also difficult to place orders at the back, because the quantity she wants is not large, and she wants to ship the goods in two colors. Fortunately, for the first order on her side, she can directly ship the goods in neutral boxes instead of customized boxes, which avoids the problem of box customization.

Brand customers have high requirements for product quality in all aspects. Our factory has equipment and instrument testing for customers' requirements. Environmental test, salt spray test, transportation vibration test and other requirements of the customer have been done, and a third party inspection company has conducted the inspection.

Since the customer got into contact with liquid export for the first time, he found that these products involved some reports after learning about them, so he came to me to learn about them. The customer just didn't know that this product was not that complicated. Later, I recommended the forwarder company we often cooperate with and provided him with some export testing reports of our products. Finally, the export problem was solved smoothly.
