Had been looking for a vegan soap that:
rinses clean doesn't cause residue to build up in the shower and works for my sensitive skin.
This is great on all counts, plus it smells wonderful (without artificial fragrance)!
I've been vegan for several years, and when I found out that most big soap brands contain animal ingredients (or ingredients that used animals in some way during production) I was disgusted...why would I pay a company to lather my skin up with factory-farmed tortured animals? How could I feel clean after doing that?
I tried many vegan soaps and they seemed to make my itchy skin worse. Plus the bar was so huge it kept slipping out of my hands in the shower.

Each bar has different plant ingredients, and each one I have tried so far is working great! I am now a loyal customer.

How we solve the problem?

We increase the percentage of fragracne to 6%, also we add the essential oils in the tablet. The customer was very satisfied with our product when he received the second batch of samples. The fragrance is very strong and long-lasting.

I have very sensitive skin, and it even hyper-reacts to soaps designed for sensitive skin. I used to have itchy, red skin with dry patches even after using dermatologist-approved soaps and lotions. I don’t have any other skin condition. I switched to Bali soaps and felt an immediate difference, my skin wasn’t as dry after bathing and the itchiness went away after 2 weeks of using the soaps. It’s moisturizing and gentle, and the scents are pleasant and not overpowering. I like that they have texture to the bars, some are exfoliating which is great. Would definitely recommend the change to anyone.

Customers could only ship 200pcs of products to Amazon warehouse in one shipping plan. But our MOQ is 1000pcs with customization. 

How we solve the problem?

Customers place the order with 1000pcs, but we only ship 200pcs to Amazon warehouse, while keeping the rest of 800pcs in our factory for free. 

疫情期间的亚马逊仓库一个shipping plan只能接受200套产品入库，但是如果客户只下200套的订单，成本会高很多。 所以我们同意客户一次下多一点数量，剩下的产品我们免费帮客户放在仓库保管，不收取任何仓管费。

As a business we are trying to reduce plastic and Poleview has helped me achieve that very well. Our kit includes a small mesh bag to use in the shower with handmade soap. The EU customers want the product and package are both eco-friendly, but all the products are with plastic wrap. Customers think it's not eco-friendly.

How to solve it?

We remove the plastic wrap on both product and box. We replace it with a little round kraft sticker on the box. Also wrap the product with paper which is 100% eco-friendly.

欧洲客户非常重视环保，但是我们的包装外面都有一层塑料的收缩膜，消费者会认为这不环保。             

解决方案： 去掉塑料的收缩膜，改用100%环保的牛皮纸小圆贴，把盒子的开口处封住。

Poleview's product is definitely worth the value. You get 6 bars for a decent price. One bar lasts about a week with excessive use, so if you’re not using it excessively it should last longer. Some of the scents are decent. My favorite ones so far are Alpine & Spice, Tango Mango, and Oatmeal Shea. The others are decent I guess but I’m not a huge fan of the smells. I haven’t had the chance to try the Charcoal but I’m sure it will measure up. The box it comes in is nice. However, the way the box is packaged causes the most overpowering the bar to be present the most, making it hard to smell the others. I think this is because of the Eucamint and Patchouli Lime. The product does work great though on the skin and hasn’t dried it out. I get this type of rosacea rash on my face and these soaps have helped tremendously. I do find the scent on your skin to not last that long, but this is probably because you get nose blind to the scents after a while. Either way, these bars of soap are great in general and great for the price.

The products got lost by shipping agent of customers, but the products are very urgently needed by customer.

How to solve it ?

We urgently produced another batch of products and ship them by air. 

The customer finally received the products. Better late than never.

The customer has high requirements on fragrance. He has sent a sample of fragrance from America and wants us to help him copy the same fragrance. Because the imported flavor is more expensive, we used domestic fragrance in the beginning, but we couldn't adjust the same fragrance. Finally we decided to try the imported fragrance, with the help of the perfumer engineer, finally we brought out the fragrance that the customer wanted, but the cost is several times that of the domestic flavor, the customer finally decided to accept the high cost of the imported flavor, because the main function of this product is to smell the fragrance, so the fragrance is very key, the essence is the most worth increasing investment in a link. After the shipment, the customer feedback on the retail side was very good. 5000 sets were sold out within 10 days after the launch. Now the orders are returned every month, and new fragrances are constantly added.

客户对香味的要求比较高，从美国寄了一款香味的样板过来，想让我们帮他仿同款香味。因为进口香精比较贵，一开始我们用的是国产香精，但是一直都调不到一模一样的香味。最后还是决定试一试进口香精，在调香师的帮助下，终于调出了客户想要的香味，但是成本是国产香精的几倍，客户最后还是决定能接受进口香精的高成本，因为这款产品主要的功能就是闻香味，所以香味很关键，香精是最值得增加投入的一个环节。出货之后，零售端的客户反馈非常好，上市10天就卖完了5000套，现在每个月都在返单，而且在不断增加新的香型。

This year our company ordered a unique handmade soap as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. The customer base is mainly female friends. I'm pretty sure it's a really great gift. Our company purchased Goat Milk Soap Bars with Honey from Poleview. Most people didn't like the smell. Well, you are purchasing a natural product. It doesn't have added perfumes or dyes, and it is made with Goats - Milk and honey, not quite sure what you wanted it to smell like. It has an earthy smell, that isn't off-putting, but if you are used to heavily perfumed soaps, then yes, this soap isn't for you.

I live in the desert, so my skin is incredibly dry. This soap does not dry it out like other. No the smell of the soap, doesn't linger on your skin or in your shower.

The customer's designer put the wrong bar code when making the artwork, but we realized this problem until the mass production was finished.  If the box was reprinted, the cost would be very high. 

Finally, our designer made a correct bar code sticker with the same color as the box, and the new bar code sticker covered the old bar code. Finally the customer only needed to pay a small amount of labor cost and get the barcode correct.

客户的设计师做图稿的时候放错了条码，等到大货做好了才发现放错了条码，如果重新印盒子，那么成本会非常高，最后是由我们的设计师做了一个跟盒子的颜色一模一样的条码贴，新条码贴覆盖到旧条码上，客户只需要付一笔不高的人工费就可以了，最后客户顺利出货 

The customer paid the money, sent the bank receipt to me and asked me to arrange the order  immediately. However, according to the company's regulations, the order will not be shipped before the payment is acturally received, and the actual receipt will take 3 days. 

Due to the large amount of money and the customer's urgent delivery time, in order to prevent accidents, we signed a confirmation letter with the customer, the insurance company as a guarantee, and then immediately arranged the order with fast shipment.

客户付了款，发给水单给我，马上就叫我安排订单，但是按公司规定，款没有到账之前是不会做订单准备的，实际到账需要3天时间。由于金额比较大，客户交期又很急，为了防止意外发生，我们和客户签了一份确认函，由保险公司作担保，然后马上安排订单，顺利出货。

In addition to ordering shower pieces from us, the customer also ordered some accessories from other suppliers, but the freight forwarder which the customer found by himself is too expensive and the time limit is not stable. 

The customer asked us if we could help him deliver the accessories to him, of course, we agreed. Finally, the customer asked the supplier to deliver the accessories to our warehouse, and we shipped them together, which saved a lot of freight for the customer. Besides, the time limit was very fast, and the customer was very satisfied.

客户除了跟我们订购淋浴片之外，还跟别的供应商订购了一些配件，但是客户自己找的货代的收费太贵，而且时效不稳定。 客户问我们能不能帮他把配件一起发货给他，我们当然是同意的，最后客户叫他供应商把配件发到我们仓库 ，我们再一起发货出去，给客户省了一笔运费，而且时效非常快，客户非常满意。

疫情期间，很多国外的客户买不到防疫物资，比如口罩，消毒液等，公司出于人文关怀的角度，给部分国外的客户及时寄去了防疫物资，客户都非常感动。

Out of humanistic care purpose, the company sent epidemic prevention supplies to some foreign customers in time, and the customers were very moved and glad to received these. 

The customer has a very urgent delivery schedule, but he wants to confirm the physical color of the pre-delivery plate first. It will take at least 5 days to send it to the UK, which delays the delivery date. 

Finally, we communicated with the customer about the product color and packing way of the pre-production board by video conference.So we avoided the delay by sending samples and made the shipment of the order on schedule in time.

客户的交期非常急，但是又想要先确认产前板的实物颜色，寄到英国还要花费最少5天的时间，延误了交期。最后用视频会议的方式，跟客户现场沟通了产前板的颜色和包装方式，避免了寄样耽误时间，使得订单如期出货。

The customer only ordered 500 sets of kojic acid soap in the first batch. After that, the customer sold very well on Amazon. Now he keeps a steady double order of 10,000 sets every month. In one sample shipment, I sent some samples of shampoo soap, hair care soap, scrub soap and African soap to the customer at the same time. After the customer tried them, they were very satisfied and decided to expand the product line. Now, customers are not only selling kojic acid soap very well, some other soap products are also selling very well.

The client is looking for a shampoo that will thoroughly clean the scalp and requires no SLS, no pareben, no animal testing, no silicone oil. The client wanted to imitate Lush. After several video conferences, making samples and sending samples free of charge, the customer was very satisfied with our shampoo bar samples and the quality of our conditioner bar as well. 

Finally, he placed an order of 5000 sets to us, which quickly formed a very good market feedback in the local market and was well recognized by local customers. Now the third batch of orders is in transit.
