Today i am glad to share a customer customers, last week they confirmed 1000set of jade roller with us.
This customers has a clear goal , give us a very low target price, if based on usual packaging, really it can’t cover our costing. But at last, we got this order with target price, so how to make it.
Normally we packed roller in upper and bottom paper box, which inside with foam to protect product, but customer’s budget is limited, so we were unable to do this box.
So i checked with several packaging supplier and communicate with solution, one of packaging supplier showered me a tube box, also reminded me which cost is very better, after double checked carefully, cost is ok, and my sale price can reach customers’ target price. At night i contacted customer and show this tube box to her, as my expected, she like this tube box very much.
Now we are working on pre-production sample, and hope everything goes well.
So in my person opinion, if customers has real demand, then we have opportunity, the important thing is that we must give suitable solution.

1. 冰球棒订单
今天, 客户跟我们确认了一个订单，冰球棒产品，定制礼品，需要手柄上印上logo。今天收到了客户logo图稿，AI文档，我让设计做了一个简单印刷简图, 备注logo的布局和尺寸，现在他的设计师正在做安排设计盒子，应该明天可以收到图稿。
这个客户很聪明，一开始他告诉我，他不急，他需要等到黑五，那样他可以得到很大的折扣。但我们是OEM & OEM工厂，我们不做零售，所以黑五只适合我们客户。

Today i received customers’ logo in AI , and we made a simple drawing to show the logo layout and dimension, now his designer is working on box design, he informed me he will send us box artwork tomorrow.
This customer is very smart, at the beginning he told me ,he was not urgent, he need wait for Black Friday, in that case he can get big discount. While we are wholesale, we are OEM & OEM factory, we don’t do retail, so the day of Black Friday just belong to our customers.
During this case, we met with payment issue, the customer is from a remote country, he don’t pay in TT bank or on platform, he just can pay in Western Union, so i said sorry to him, and let him check and see if he have friend in China, then he remembered his shipping agent, at last his shipping agent arrange payment in RMB.

2.BSCI验厂

3.不锈钢滚轮客户
上个月, 有一个客户给我们发了一个询盘，她在找不锈钢滚轮，让我按3000套报价，这个数量肯定没问题，所以我仔细看了询价细节，并一一回复了她，而且还填了一份BOM表，在这个BOM表中，我们需要填写产品材质，产品尺寸，产品克数，以及所有的包装细节，也包含了我们的工厂信息。
报价单发出后，客户拿了3个样品，我立即安排了样品并马上发货。
几天后，我询盘客户反馈，客户告诉我, 她正在等待终端买家的反馈，一旦收到会马上告诉我。
坦白地说，我们非常希望他们能开始这个项目，不锈钢滚轮非常漂亮，与玉石滚轮相比，它更重，也更有手感。

Last month one of customers sent an inquiry to us, she is looking for stainless steel facial roller, and let me quote price based on 3000set, surely for this quantity just ok, so i read inquiry carefully and reply to her one by one, the key i filled in a BOM sheet, which in it, we need fill in product material, product size, product gram, and all packaging detail, surely included our factory information.
After sent quotation sheet, the customers asked for 3 samples, so we arranged the samples and ship out immediately.
After several days passed, i followed up this project and ask for feedback, this customer informed us she was waiting for feedback from end buyers, and they will keep us posted.
To be frank, we really hope they can start this project, the stainless steel facial roller is very beautiful ,compared with jade roller, which it weight more, and have touch feeling more.
I forgot how many days passed, we received the email from customer, she said sorry to us, informed us this project was on hold at moment , and hope we can keep in touch, if there is any opportunity in future, they will contact us.
It was so pity, but meanwhile I was grateful very much to this customers, cause the customer told me their real situation, instead of making me wait with expectations.

4. 直筒搭配，达低目标价
今天我很高兴, 跟大家分享一个客户，上周他跟我们下了1000套玉石滚轮。
这个客户目标明确，给了很低的目标价，如果按照常规包装，真的连成本都达不到。但最后我们拿下了这个订单，而且按客户目标价成交，怎么做到的呢?
通常我们把滚轮装在上下盖纸盒内，里面用泡棉保护，但客户预算有限，所以我们无法做这个盒子。 于是我和几家包装供应商沟通解决方案，其中一家包装供应商推荐了一款筒装盒，说价格很好，仔细核算后，成本是ok的，我的销售价格可以达到客户的目标价格。晚上我联系了客户，给她看了这个筒装盒，不出我所料，她非常喜欢这个筒装盒。
我们正在产前样，希望一切顺利。

Today i am glad to share a customer customers, last week they confirmed 1000set of jade roller with us.
This customers has a clear goal , give us a very low target price, if based on usual packaging, really it can’t cover our costing. But at last, we got this order with target price, so how to make it.
Normally we packed roller in upper and bottom paper box, which inside with foam to protect product, but customer’s budget is limited, so we were unable to do this box.
So i checked with several packaging supplier and communicate with solution, one of packaging supplier showered me a tube box, also reminded me which cost is very better, after double checked carefully, cost is ok, and my sale price can reach customers’ target price. At night i contacted customer and show this tube box to her, as my expected, she like this tube box very much.
Now we are working on pre-production sample, and hope everything goes well.
So in my person opinion, if customers has real demand, then we have opportunity, the important thing is that we must give suitable solution.

5. 多款推荐

1、客户是中国国内的中间商，所需求的产品是我们热卖粉水晶滚轮和刮痧板再搭配一个真丝材质的眼罩，客人的需求数量是150套，而我们定制的最低起订量是300套，由于数量太少，做定制的话会很明显增加产品的成本，考虑后还是决定先给客人报价然后再说明问题，经过沟通客人那边最终决定做定制，但是包装盒可以使用我们的中性盒，产品确定是需要刻LOGO，后面的报价客人也是可以接受，后面就是跟客人确认图稿，大货生产前的样品确认，样品确认存在的问题主要就是LOGO大小的问题，因为客人并没有提供尺寸，所以只能通过多次出样来给客人确认大小是否合适。
成交这个订单主要还是靠着相信客人，相信他的销量，还有细心耐心的跟进每一处细节，避免出错给客人造成首次合作就出现问题的印象。

2、广州某贸易公司采购，客人所需要的产品是我们新推出的玉石滚轮加刮痧板加微针的新套装，这个套装自新推出以来销量都非常好，我们也是经常接到各种的款式定制，客人公司做亚马逊美国站，这款产品他们也一直有在做，销量正在逐步的上升，这次客人是徐希望定制包装，产品也需要做定制，因为一直有在合作，所以在收到客人的要求后我就提前安排样品，样品也是在3内就做好，客人看了之后对盒子额图稿还有产品上LOGO做了调整，二次打样得到客人确认OK。

3、专利款按摩器的询价，客人询价数量1万套，用途是：礼品赠送，考虑到客人是用于礼品赠送产品的成本一定是不能太高，报价之前对客人的要求做了一定的了解，包括包材方面，按摩器套装里面配套的小东西等，在了解完之后我这边给客人从新核算了一下成本，单价方面比常规出货的单价低了接近10%，对于这个报价客人也是非常满意，收到报价后客人承若会尽力跟品牌方沟通，争取能拿下这个订单，订单目前还在沟通中。
对于数量较大的询价，我们都会结合客人要求慎重的报价，就算最后订单没能下来也能得到客人的认可。

4、询价客人王小姐，需要的产品是粉晶心形刮痧板，数量5000片，客人对于品质要求不太清楚，因为她也是为国外的终端客人采购，一般这种询价我们会按照常规的品质来给客人报价，价格上她也没有异议，后面经过跟客人的沟通了解到终端客人所走的市场，凭借经验同时也争取能拿下客人订单，常规款报价的同时也给客人报了其它的品质，另外还报了其它材质价格相对便宜的刮痧板，报价的同时当时也是要提供报价材质的实物图，这样可以让王小姐更好的去跟终端沟通。

5、亚马逊冰球棒，客人询盘数量60套，这个数量的话属于小批量代发，而且客人需要的是现货，当天需要发货，报价后客人了解了产品尺寸，包装盒的尺寸还有箱规，冰球棒属于易碎品，客人对物流运输方面比较担心，担心运输过程中导致破损，咨询我们如果运输过程中破损怎么处理，这个问题我们一直的处理方式是：产品到客人手中客人一定要对货物进行验收，有问题的需及时反馈，我们会及时作出补发或者补偿但不承担货物再次运输导致的损失。
客人首批订单下单60套，后面2个月客人都是按照这个数量在小量的备货，前几天客人的销量有所上升，下了一单300套，至于客人所担心的破损问题有发生过一次，但是破损的数量只有2套，原因是搬运过程撞击到外箱角导致。
