The customer custom-made 30g shower tablets in 12 bags of 3,000 sets, the customer found that the weight of the single piece of the product was 33-35g when the customer came to the factory to check the big goods for sampling, the customer expressed doubts.

In this regard, we explained to the customer the factory's standard for product weight: the weight of the product will be 3-5 grams heavier in the big shipment, because the product will have a weight loss performance with the passage of time. Generally, it takes 35 days to send the products by sea to foreign countries, so a 33 gram shower tablet from the factory will become 30 grams or 31 grams in the hands of consumers; if the product is 30 grams from the factory, it will be less than 30 grams in the hands of consumers, which is fraudulent, so our factory will produce the products according to the weight of each plus 3-5 grams, which is also a default standard in the industry.

Customers listened to our explanation felt very reasonable and gladly accepted.

PS：Each of our products in the bulk of the weight of raw materials and then production, but there is a certain deviation in the manual weighing, so there is no way to do all the exact same weight, generally there will be 1-3 grams of error, such as the same batch of bulk product weight is 33 grams, some are 35 grams of these belong to the normal range.

就此，我们给客户科普工厂对产品重量的标准：产品的重量在大货是会重3-5克，因为产品随时间流逝会有失重的表现。一般产品发海运到国外要35天的时间，出厂时33克的淋浴片到消费者手上会变成30克或31克；如果出厂是30克的产品到消费者手上就会低于30克，这样属于欺诈行为，所以我们工厂的大货都会按每个加3-5克重量来生产，这个也是一个行业内的默认标准；

客户听了我们的解释觉得很有道理，欣然接受。

PS：我们的产品在大货的时候每一个都会称原料重量然后再生产，但是人工称重存在一定的偏差，所以没有办法做到全部完全一致的重量，一般是会有1-3克的误差，例如同一批的大货产品重量有的是33克，有的是35克这些都属于正常范围。
