淋浴片颜色问题

The customer placed his first order for 8,000 sets of 12-pack shower tablets for sale on Amazon in December last year, and in August this year the customer placed another order for 12,000 sets. When the large shipment was completed, the customer inspected the goods and found that the color of this batch of large goods deviated from the large goods sample left at the bottom of the last batch, this time the color was darker and more vivid, the customer objected to this and asked for the color to be the same as the last large goods sample. Regarding the customer's doubts, we gave an explanation on the spot: each batch of our large goods must be made according to the standard Pantone color card, not according to the previous large goods samples. According to international standards, the pigment used in our products must be decomposed naturally, so we use food-grade pigment, which can fade away naturally after contacting the skin, and the color of the product itself will slowly fade from bright dark color over time.

The customer readily accepted our explanation and gave us high praise for using Pantone color as our production standard.

客户在去年12月下了首次订单8000套12个装淋浴片在亚马逊上销售，今年8月份客户再次下订单12000套。大货完成，客户验货发现此批次大货的颜色跟上批次留底的大货样有偏差，此次的颜色比较深、比较鲜艳，客户对此提出异议，要求颜色跟上次的大货样。关于客户的疑惑我们当场给出解释：我们每批次的大货必须按潘通色卡做标准，不会按以前的大货样。按国际标准我们产品使用的色素必须要自然分解，所以我们使用的是食品级色素，接触皮肤后可以自然褪掉，产品本身的颜色也会随着时间的推移而从鲜艳的深色慢慢变淡。

客户欣然接受了我们的解释，并对我们使用潘通色号做生产标准给出了很高的评价。
