I’ve recently started using a portable full body sauna steam tent several times a week. Always rejuvenates my body after a tough day at work. Normally add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to the powerful 1000-watt steam generator along with 2.5 liters of distilled water for maximum affect. As a little experiment I placed one of these Orca Beauty Aromatherapy shower steamer tablets on a saucer and sat it directly under the chair positioned inside the tent instead.

The results are simply AMAZING!
