内容：I really love this roller and gua sha set. I keep mine in the fridge, it feels so amazing and refreshing on my skin when it's cold. I use the roller every day, and the gua sha 3 times a week. Definitely do some research and watch  tutorials from experienced people to make sure you are using the products correctly. Especially the gua sha. Make sure you are using a slip agent and not using too much pressure. If you aren't using it appropriately, then you are probably better off not using it at all. Is this product a miracle worker? No, it's not going to get rid of wrinkles or magically change the shape of your face. It is great though for at home face massage, helping to drain lymphatic fluid, and helping get essences and serums deeper into your skin. If you are big on skin care, then I definitely recommend it, especially for the price.

So I have found no necessity to store them in the fridge. I find the beauty ritual of face massage so relaxing and I've noticed my sinuses and allergies are less bothersome when I use the tools. Beautifully holistic!
