内容：I'm not really sure what the difference between Jade and rose quartz means when you are putting it on your face… So I'm not really sure that there's a true difference in rolling either one on your face. However, I am very much enjoying the gua sha tool. There's something very therapeutic about slowly smoothing it over the tight muscles in my face and neck. You can also use it for certain exercises to release lymph fluid. Very useful!

内容：I have a doctor who showed me how to use these tools and why.  If you don't have a doctor to show you, watch a video, they're good, too.  Use a lubricant, like Jojoba Oil so you're not pushing your skin around but gently "ironing" your face, jaw, and neck.  The Gua sha will feel great and help reduce any puffiness if refrigerated for an hour or so, too. Great tools to keep beautiful!

内容：I just turned 50 this year and I'm concerned about skin health as well as wrinkles and crows feet.  The gua sha is fantastic for the forehead frown lines.  Just a few days working with it, I'm already seeing my forehead lines are not as pronounced.  I like the roller for face and eyes.  It's cool and soothing and also helps promote better blood flow.  I use a little fractionated coconut oil after I've washed my face and both items glide nicely over my skin.  The roller is smooth, easy to hold and pretty to look at too.  They are packaged nicely, as a matter of fact, I keep them stored in the box they came in. I would definitely recommend this duo, it's easy and effective.
